HSK stands for Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (汉语水平考试), translated as the Chinese Proficiency Test used in China. It is the standardized test of Mandarin Chinese language proficiency for non-native speakers such as foreign students and overseas Chinese. Manitoba Academy of Chinse Studies is recently authorized as an HSK test center and will provide HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test), YCT (Youth Chinese Test), BCT (Business Chinese Test), and HSKK (HSK Speaking Test) to youth and adults. Exact testing date and more details will be announced shortly.
